Tool Used: 4mm Dry Cut Brass Components being cut for a feature film. Brass is a beautiful material to machine and the results were stunning.
Tool used: 1/4″ Foam cutter Foam ribs cut for use on a stunt scene for an upcoming film. We cut all manner of materials. Check out our materials page or contact us for more info.

Tools used: 1/4″ Compression Cutter & V Bit 90 degree Time saving multi function workbench CNC cut in house. This unit makes difficult woodworking tasks seem easy. So many places to clamp Mirrored dog holes in the same pattern and size as the Festool MFT. This means you can easily use the Festool vertical and/or horizontal clamps
Tool used: 45 degree V bit We can engrave art or text onto a variety of materials. As you can see in the photos this example was designed on a pc but we can work from sketches too.
Tool used: 6mm Aluminium dry cut. Aluminium Camera battery mounts routed from 12mm.
Tools used: Skim tool, 1/4″ Compression cutter and 3mm upcut These beautiful oak panels were used as part of a large film prop. We also cut the foamex inlays but for copyright reasons we can not show them at this time.
Tool used: Aluminium Dry Cut 4mm Aluminium Vent Panels routed out from 3mm. These panels are used by Slough Council to allow ventilation to electrical components. Once the panels were all routed they were sent off to be anodised to protect them against the outside elements.
Tool used: 3mm single flute A client needed a custom camera baffle made and with just a few measurement we had one made up for them by the end of that working day! This was routed out of foamex.
