Aluminium Battery Mounts
Tool used: 6mm Aluminium dry cut. Aluminium Camera battery mounts routed from 12mm.
Fretwork Oak Panels
Tools used: Skim tool, 1/4″ Compression cutter and 3mm upcut These beautiful oak panels were used as part of a large film prop. We also cut the foamex inlays but for copyright reasons we can not show them at this time.
Aluminium Vent Panels
Tool used: Aluminium Dry Cut 4mm Aluminium Vent Panels routed out from 3mm. These panels are used by Slough Council to allow ventilation to electrical components. Once the panels were all routed they were sent off to be anodised to protect them against the outside elements.
Camera Baffle
Tool used: 3mm single flute A client needed a custom camera baffle made and with just a few measurement we had one made up for them by the end of that working day! This was routed out of foamex.
Marquee Letter Lights
Tool used: 1/4″ Compression cutter These marquee letter lights are constructed of 2 different layers of MR MDF. One is 18mm the other 9mm. We CNC cut both thicknesses seperately and then the client assembles them on site. These are elegant and eye catching. Perfect for all sorts of events.
Noodle Stand Signage
Tools Used: 1/4″ compression cutter, 3mm upcut, 90 degree VBit. Custom signage cut for Nusou. Nusou needed signage cut for their new mobile pop-up noodle stand and we were happy to help them with the task. The first 3 photos show signs that we pocket cut and then inlayed with white foamex lettering. The fourth photo shows

Aluminium Speaker Heatsinks
Tools used: 4mm and 6mm dry cut. Aluminium speaker heatsinks for the band Madness. The first photo is an MR MDF prototype we created before the final cutting of the aluminium. These monster heatsinks were designed and machined/routed in house here at R Concepts.
Octomount 8 Camera mount For Creed Film
It was great to be a part of this awesome shoot at Goodison Park stadium for the upcoming film Creed with Tony Bellew and Sylvester Stallone. All our hard work paid off seeing the 8 camera mount in use that we designed and made for for the film.
