Plywood U- Pads

Ever wondered how large film sets are constructed? Most sets start off as a scaffolding structure and then timber is fastened to it. For this you need a “U-Pad” the U-Pad slides over the scaffolding and is then screwed into the timber set.

We make these by the thousands. The benefit of our U-Pads is that we are able to pilot the screw holes and radius the sharp corners in the cutting process.  No more banged heads.
