This interesting shape was CNC routed out of multiple layers of MR MDF (moisture resistant MDF medium density fibreboard) to create a back-box for an LED illuminated sign.

The built up edges provided a void behind the sign to fit LED lighting. We then cut a matching front panel out of clear polycarbonate for the front.

Vinyl graphics were then applied to the polycarbonate front allowing the light to penetrate the sign and provide an eye catching diffused light.
